A custom configuration for monitoring and controlling Samsung TVs with RS232 input is available. Add rs232config=samsung to screen data to enable. When enabled, the following values will be added to screen data.

Screen status will be checked every 10 seconds. Additional options can be added to rs232config to automatically maintain the status.

Screen status can also be updated by sequence items. This can be useful, for example, to switch to another input based on conditions or events. Add rs232output to item data.

RS232 Output for Samsung Screens requires loader version 12.5 and player version 14.1 or above.
