Prevent a user from accessing a library item, sequence or screen

To remove a user's access to a library, sequence, or screen item:

1. Sign in to the admin interface.
2. Open an item's settings dialog:
   • Library item dialog
   • Sequence dialog
   • Screen dialog.
3. On the dialog, click the Access tab.
   
4. Click the Delete button () beside the user you want to remove.
5. Click Save to save your changes and close the dialog.
   
   

If a user has access to a group, they automatically gain access to all items in the group. Therefore it may also be necessary to remote the item from the group or revoke the user's access to the group.
